The Suhba will take place in Renaissance Mirage City Hotel, a 5-star Hotel (20 minutes from Cairo International Airport)

If you’re registering for individual accommodation, we ask for your grace in accepting our random choice of roommates.

Female Registration:

Women under the age of 50 travelling without mahram will not be allowed to attend the Suhba.

There are limited rooms that have been reserved so please read below and use the special Suhba link to reserve your rooms ASAP. Deadline to book is Dec 31^st 2025.

Reserved Dates: Days from 4^th Feb to 7^th Feb (Note: The actual Suhba takes place Feb 5^th – Feb 7^th) Please arrive before the Suhba begins by one night as the Suhba fees covers only 1 night before.

Prices:

Note: 3% surcharge will be added to overall transaction amount for Credit or Debit card payment.

1. A. Suhba attendance only: $300; Suhba attendance + lunch for 3 days

1. B. Private rooms

1. 1. Single room $1100; covers Suhba registration + 4 nights including Breakfast and Lunch
2. 2. Double room $1450; covers Suhba registration for only 2 guests + 4 nights including Breakfast and Lunch
3. 3. Triple room (Private) $1745; covers Suhba registration for only 3 guests + 4 nights including Breakfast and Lunch

3. C. Shared rooms

1. 1. Double room (Shared) $725; covers Suhba registration for only 1 guest in shared double room + 4 nights including Breakfast and Lunch
2. 2. Triple room (Shared) $582; covers Suhba registration for only 1 guest in shared triple room + 4 nights including Breakfast and Lunch

Deadline: The above Suhba rates will only be available via the link below UNTIL (Dec31^st) so please book by then.

Any reservations after the above date will be subject to 15% increase.

ROOMMATES

If you need help finding roommates at the Suhba hotel, please email us at (egysuhba@alulainstitute.com) and we will attempt to partner you with another person who is also looking for a roomate(s). Alternatively, please make sure you include full name of intended roommate in the comment section of your registration.

Parents are strongly encouraged to find alternate childcare arrangements, as child activities will not be provided.

There will be a separate room for parents and children with live audio feed.

No children under 13 will be allowed in the main hall when the Sheikh is speaking.

Please ensure that your children are quiet during prayer times.

1. Can I use my cellphone during the sessions?
Out of respect for the sacred knowledge being taught, cellphones must be off/silent and left outside the hall.

Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations prior to (Dec 31^st 2025), will be issued a full refund. Any cancellations thereafter will be issued a 50% refund.

Any reservation after 31^st Dec is subject to 15% increment.
